BOOT-CAMPS DONE RIGHT!
Starting in April 2011, Kristian will be running boot-camp style workouts out of Tecumseh Tae Kwon Do Studio located in NE Calgary.
This a newly renovated studio with 3000 square feet of space. The studio has plenty of mat space and a great stereo system which is

How is my boot-camp style different than others?
While my training philosophy is grounded in moderate to heavy weight training, I have been compelled to offer boot-camp style training. Why?
Because I believe there is a better way to do it, and I'd like to show you that way.
After having observed several boot-camps running in Calgary today, there are two main variables that they lack; Systematic PROGRESSION, and
focus on the INDIVIDUAL. My boot-camps have a clear progression, and also a clear objective for each and every workout.
The goal is to build you up to your peak, not to randomly kick your butt everyday with no method or structure. Also, I modify and
progress exercises based on an individuals specific fitness level. You can still workout in a group setting while improving at your
own pace. This way everyone makes progress, and nobody gets left behind.... "Never leave a man (or woman) behind!" ... Right?
